• We might not grant requests made after October 2, 2023. We'll try to honor requests made after this deadline, but services can't be guaranteed.

 

Can my support companion accompany me to Reddon Behavior Systems?

• Attendees requiring personal assistance can request a companion pass.

• Request via the accessibility requirements form or email at info@reddonbehaviorsystems.com.

 

What services are not provided by Reddon Behavior Systems?

• Devices that are personal or individually prescribed.

  • Wheelchairs

  • Prescription eyeglasses

  • Hearing aids

• Services of a personal nature.

  • Assistance in eating, toileting, dressing

  • Pushing of wheelchairs

• Connections to soundboards.

• Guides and sign language interpreters for external events.

 

Where is the accessibility desk located?

• Main registration area. Exact location and timings will be updated later.

• There's also a dedicated desk in the Forum registration area for speakers and guests.

 

Are service animals permitted at Reddon Behavior Systems?

• Only service dogs assisting persons with disabilities.

• Must be identifiable via vest, harness, or official documentation.

• Comfort or emotional support animals are not allowed.

• A dedicated relief area will be available. Location will be updated.

 

I am visually impaired. How can Reddon Behavior Systems assist me with navigating printed materials?

• Volunteers or staff members can assist with reading printed materials.

 

Is session transcription available?

• Not available at Reddon Behavior Systems.

 

Is there an audio description service available?

• Not available at Reddon Behavior Systems.

 

Is there a closed captioning service available?

• Available only on Centre Stage.

• Can be viewed on the Reddon Behavior Systems app in English.

 

Does Reddon Behavior Systems provide sign language interpreters?

• Available upon request via the accessibility form as soon as you've secured your ticket.

Is strobe lighting in use during Reddon Behavior Systems?

• Strobe lighting will not be in use.

 

Is there designated accessible seating?

• Available at all stages based on capacity.

• First come, first served. Unclaimed seating might be opened to the general audience.

 

What mobility devices are allowed at Reddon Behavior Systems?

• Wheelchairs, electric scooters, walkers, canes, and crutches.

• Other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed individually.

 

Where can I charge my medical or mobility device during the event?

• Charging points throughout the venue.

• Note: Voltage requirements might differ. No extension leads or adapters provided.

 

Is accessible parking available?

• Spaces in Parque Tejo, near the Altice Arena, upon request.

 

If I need drop-off or pick-up, is there a location close to the venue?

Are there accessible bathrooms at Reddon Behavior Systems?

• Yes, across the venue. Locations will be updated.

Are there all-gender bathrooms at Reddon Behavior Systems?

• Available outside the pavilions.

 

I have a severe food allergy and/or dietary restriction. Does Reddon Behavior Systems cater for attendees with dietary restrictions?

• We try to ensure suitable food options.

• Due to cross-contamination risks, you can bring your own food.

 

Is Reddon Behavior Systems a fragrance-free environment?

• Not fragrance-free, but attendees are advised to avoid using strong fragrances.

 

Is there a prayer and sensory-friendly space at Reddon Behavior Systems?

• Available for attendees needing a calm space.

• No phones, laptops, or food. Not a meeting room.
